Who is CYNTHIA CHONG?
Mexico, DF (1988) Student of 6th semester ENPEG "LaEsmeralda." Previously studied philosophy at FFyL in UNAM, in a few months will continue his undergraduate studies in Visula Arts at the Staatliche Akademie der Bildenden Kunste , Karlsruhe, Germany. Recently his work was selected to participate in the exhibition Arte Joven 2010 with the photo project "similarities."
Art Statement:
Like interdisciplinary work, without technical preestablaecer or fixed media, my work is characterized by search and adapt media for the specific requirements of each project. I have focused mainly on two-dimensional media of various kinds, such as photography, video and graphic interactive alternative. My main work objective is to achieve a direct and immediate approach to the viewer through a visual language clear, conspicuous and interpretable in itself, without requiring previous knowledge of the audience and dispensing with complex explanatory texts.
